I built HERIntelAI after watching too many mission-driven organizations struggle with a broken system. Grant writing shouldn't cost $5,000 per proposal. AI shouldn't hallucinate funders or spit out generic templates that sound like everyone else.
After 20+ years in human capital management, operations excellence, and organizational strategy, I saw a pattern.
The organizations creating the most impact had the least access to resources.
So I built HERIntelAI — a product company creating AI tools that embody Human • Ethical • Responsible principles.
